REFUND & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLING ORDERS
If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you must contact support@verajewelrymiami.com or call 1-888-305-VERA(8372) within 24 hours of the time you placed the order. All cancelled orders for regular items are subject to a 7% cancellation fee. All cancelled custom items are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

ALL SALES ON VERAJEWELRYMIAMI.COM ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.) purchase, you may exchange it for another item or receive in-store or online store credit for your item(s) less a 20% restocking fee applied. You must contact us within 4 days (96 hours) from the date of arrival of the shipment to your shipping address. Any order returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $29.99 shipping fee to be deducted from the total refund amount.

Custom orders such as items with laser engraving or cut-out, and custom memory pendants are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Item(s) returned for exchange(s) or in-store or online store credit must be free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear or a 20% restocking fee will be deduced from store credit or refund (if applicable).

If for any reason your delivered item has any defects you must contact support@verajewelrymiami.com or call 1-888-305-VERA(8372) within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of arrival of the shipment to your shipping address and we will arrange accordingly return of the item for repair and subsequent shipment.

RETURN PROCESS
verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.) Quality Control Department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the item returned to verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.). Once your item(s) have been received and verified, you will receive a in-store or online store credit for your item(s) less fees associated with that item(s) return. Please allow 5 business days after the item(s) has been received for your in-store or online store credit to be processed. Credit will be issued using an online store gift card that can also be used in-store.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Contact us via email: support@verajewelrymiami.com or call 1-888-305-VERA(8372).com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number Document. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document along with detailed shipping and packaging instructions. Repackage the item(s) in its original packaging. To receive an in in-store or online store credit, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Include in the return shipment the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document. You must send the package to the address specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number Document. We recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ship in stock items within two (2) business days unless it is an expedited order (e.g. Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3rd Day Delivery option). Out of stock items or made to order items: Items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery. We will email you with an estimated delivery within 24 hours after an item has been purchased and tracking information when your order has been sent. Signature is required upon delivery.

verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.) is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates it has been delivered.  verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.) is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.  If your package is sent back to verajewelrymiami.com (Vera Jewelry Designs, Inc.) for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
